I chose to review Rachel’s communication from her Week 2 posting and when I read it I was amazed.  I felt when she was discussing with her clients, she was very direct and had a great tone.  Not knowing anything about the situation I was able to follow and see what was going on or intended. The outline of her meeting was planned out and pushed ahead where I was able to know what was going to happen and when so having that level of knowingness I felt made the communication a lot more receivable. I have found myself in situation similar to this and not knowing what to expect made things more difficult and made me question a lot of things so seeing this would give me a sense of relief.  The word choice in the messages showed that she was very welcoming and knew what she was talking and giving that intent out front to avoid any confusion which is always good when making a transaction like this. Key things in what appears to be a follow up is in bold to put emphasis on those topics because that will play a key part in what Rachel is able to help someone with.
